- 30-minute kickoff with the head of school or business manager to align on scope, dates, package options, and parent communication.
- On-site walkthrough
- Pre-day visit to scout indoor backdrop locations, faculty headshot space, and traffic flow for picture day.
- Picture day
- Studio setup, lighting, and ordering kiosk arrive day-of. Standard schools day runs 6–8 hours including faculty headshots.
- Same-day proofs
- End-of-day low-res proofs delivered to the school office for review and reshoot flagging before parents see anything.
- Parent portal
- Mobile-friendly ordering portal goes live within 5 business days. Families search by class or student name.
- Retake day
- Standard retake day included 3–4 weeks after the original. Covers absences, missed shots, and parent-flagged retakes.

- How do retakes work?

- How do you handle student opt-outs?
