- Half-day (under 4 hours), standard (5–8 hours), full-day (8+ hours), or multi-day for major conferences.
- Pre-event walkthrough
- Optional venue scout 2 weeks out for major events. Included on standard+ coverage at no extra charge.
- Equipment
- Two camera bodies, three lenses, modifiable lighting that won't interfere with the room. Backup gear in the car.
- Delivery
- Standard preview within 24 hours of the event. Full edited gallery within 5 business days.
- Same-day proofs
- Optional 20–30 social-ready proofs delivered the same night for next-morning recap newsletter or social.
- NDA
- Corporate confidentiality agreement available on request, or your company's template can be used.
